We provide ROCK SOLID Business Assessments for purchasers and owners.
For purchasers we prepare financial analysis reports, income statement forecasts for each of the first 12 months of operations, valuations, market assessments, system & procedure assessments, staff performance assessments and transition plans.
Our services are not intended to replace those of your accountant or lawyer.
They are designed to give you an accurate picture of the business that you are buying.

Business coaching and advising
This is a follow up to the Business Assessment and involves a series of Business Development Meetings with a professional ROCK SOLID Business Coach. It is the delivery of the ROCK SOLID Business Development Program.
The program is described under the Programs tab on the top left of this page.
It is a comprehensive program with over 70 modules. The key to remember is that you don’t need to take every module. Chances are good that there are 3 or 4 modules that will dramatically improve your business.
The reason for the 70 modules is that every business is different and every business owner is different. On top of that every stage of business development is different.
One size fits all programs aren’t always effective. The combination of your ROCK SOLID business coach and our program will ensure that you are working on the right things at the right time.
Pricing includes your personal locker on the interactive ROCK SOLID web platform and depends on the frequency of the business development meetings. It starts at $500.00 per month.

Succession Planning
Succession planning is phasing yourself out of the business.
This can involve preparing the business for sale, training the next generation of leaders to take over or delegating all of your day to day activities.
If you are planning to retire within the next 5 years then initial preparations should be underway.

Financial Analysis, Forecasting and Variance Reports
This area is a strength of the ROCK SOLID program.
We create financial reports that reflect the way business owners think about their business. It puts business owners clearly in control of their company.
We use accounting to build accountability into the business.
Targets are clearly set and everyone in the company knows what they need to accomplish for the business to operate profitably.
The idea is to create the next 12 monthly income statements in advance. The skill level is in making them happen as time unfolds. Variance Reports test the assumptions that were made in the forecasting process.

We are often called on to facilitate groups of business owners.
